Morning Movement (Adult)

Come get that body moving and grooving. Emily will lead us through a 45 minute practice. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, or a towel/blanket, your own form of hydration, and sun protection. This class is free to the public. Registration is required.

About the Event

Come get that body moving and grooving. Emily will lead us through a 45 minute practice to keep your joints lubricated, our core strong, improve balance, teach breath work to encourage relaxation, and more. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, or a towel/blanket, your own form of hydration, and sun protection. These classes will be outside if the weather is right. If it’s too hot or raining, we will be in the Revere Ware Room, downstairs. This class will require you to get up and down from the ground. You will also need to know your body’s own limitations and restrictions. Please call if you have any questions. This class is free to the public. Registration is required.
