Morning Movement (Adult)

Emily will lead us through a 45 minute practice to keep your joints lubricated, our core strong, improve balance, teach breath work to encourage relaxation, and more. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, or a towel/blanket, your own form of hydration, and sun protection.
