Do you live in the Vespasian Warner Public Library District, but don’t have a library card? We are now offering temporary cards during the library closure!
Temporary cards will be granted to those living within the Vespasian Warner Public Library District boundaries and can be used for all of the library’s digital resources, but not on physical materials.
Temporary cards are good for 30 days after the library opens to the public. Temporary cards are only available while the library is closed due to COVID-19.
If a temporary card holder would like to transfer their card into a physical card, which grants them access to the library’s print and electronic materials, please come into the library within those 30 days.
If you’re not sure if you live in the library district, email us at or leave us a message at 217-935-5174, and we would be happy to look it up for you.
