About the Event
Diabetes should not stop you from moving and being active. Take care of your health and register for the upcoming free workshop series. Participants will make weekly action plans, share experiences, and help each other solve problems they encounter in creating and carrying out their self-management program. Classes meet on Monday afternoons from 1:00-3:30pm beginning September 18 at the Vespasian Warner Public Library. Thank you to Warner Hospital for their partnership with this event.
