About the Event
Join us for the second event in the series highlighting the local DeWitt County Museum exhibit, Prairie Flyers: A Century of Aviation in DeWitt County. Vietnam War helicopter pilot David Henard will sign his book, “Victory Stolen: the perspective of a helicopter pilot on the TET Offensive and its aftermath.” Henard served with
Company B, 25th Aviation Battalion in Cu Chi in 1968. Denis Hambucken, author of “A GI in the Ardennes: The Battle of the Bulge,” designed the Prairie Flyers museum exhibit.
