Tuesdays, November 5th to December 10th - Take Charge of Your Diabetes - 1:00-3:30 PM - Join us for an interactive workshop designed especially for individuals with pre-diabetes. Learn about skills and tools in self-management. Workshops meet weekly for 2 1/2 hours for six weeks. Topics covered include: Healthy Eating, Monitoring, Foot Care, Action Planning, and many more! Pre-registration required. Space is limited. To register call Lynn Schmid at 217-937-5276 or email Workshop and materials are free of charge. Textbooks are available for purchase at the end of the workshop for $25.00. Sponsored by: Warner Hospital and Health Services.
